“It’s in the moments of decision that your destiny gets shaped.”- Tony Robbins

So often, we fail to move away from things and places for fear of losing people. We stay longer in relationships/friendships, and the things we lose are ourselves and, most importantly, I think, time.

We could have spent more time making lasting memories. The longer we stay in situations, friendships, and relationships, the longer we delay fulfilling our purpose and wonder why cycles /patterns repeat themselves.

But it is us who are standing in the way of our new because we have convinced ourselves that there is no better out there. How wrong are we? It’s when boundaries are in place, decisions are made, and we finally see who the ones are who are meant to be in our lives. So we see how authentic relationships are birthed, and peace enters our lives in such a natural way.

So often, we crave peace, but then we (you and I ) are the ones who are standing in the way of peace entering. Because we have been used to chaos and toxicity. We are so used to creating some drama where it really wasn’t needed.

But how do we pursue peace? It’s simple: Say no to toxicity and chaos one moment at a time and ensure that as you let go of toxicity, you embrace peace in that void.

Embrace peace one decision, one moment at a time…

All my love,
Zen
