7 cups of cake flour
4 cups of lukewarm water
1 packet of yeast
10ml salt
Mix all the ingredients together. Allow to proof in a warm place for approximately 1 hour.
Bake at 160 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.
The dough makes 2 loaves of bread.
Enjoy with butter!

Cheese
Garlic
Herbs
Olives
