Here’s my go to week day meals

  1. Pasta alla puttanesca 
  2. Veggie stir fry/chow mein 
  3. Minty lamb kidneys and crispy french loaf
  4. Air fried chicken wings and “roast” veggies (2 different foil “buckets” in the air fryer together)
  5. Gnocchi in a marinara sauce
  6. Skillet lasagna – all in one pan, topped with cheese and baked until cheese melts 
  7. Leftover rice & pork repurposed into pork fried rice
  8. Sloppy Joes – THIS IS A MASSIVE HIT WITH THE KIDS
  9. Cacio e pepe – pasta tossed in buttery-peppery-parmesan sauce
  10.  Stoompotkos – braised meat and veggies cooked for around 40 minutes on high pressure, and a side like rice or so.
