Here’s my go to week day meals
- Pasta alla puttanesca
- Veggie stir fry/chow mein
- Minty lamb kidneys and crispy french loaf
- Air fried chicken wings and “roast” veggies (2 different foil “buckets” in the air fryer together)
- Gnocchi in a marinara sauce
- Skillet lasagna – all in one pan, topped with cheese and baked until cheese melts
- Leftover rice & pork repurposed into pork fried rice
- Sloppy Joes – THIS IS A MASSIVE HIT WITH THE KIDS
- Cacio e pepe – pasta tossed in buttery-peppery-parmesan sauce
- Stoompotkos – braised meat and veggies cooked for around 40 minutes on high pressure, and a side like rice or so.
