Dear younger me

You are on a journey. How you feel about what you do or where you go, will change. Embrace it.

Ask for help! Worse case scenario, they can only say no.

Not everything will work out in the order that you expected and that is ok.

You are allowed to fail, but learn from it and make wiser decisions. You cannot do the same thing over and over and expect a different result.

Travel the world before you get tied down.

You only get one body. Love your body and look after it. Fuel your body with nutrient dense foods and exercise.

Mental health is still a stigma but seek help before you burn out. You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Confront your fears and work through them.

Set boundaries. Ask yourself if it will be worth the time, effort and sacrifice before committing.

Be kind and patient with yourself.

Friends will come and go but there is a difference between those who spend time with you in their free time, and those who free their time to be there for you.

Start a side hustle.

Start saving 20% of your earnings, even if it’s from your tips as a waitress.

You are not responsible for other people’s actions and reactions, you can only control yours.

Lastly, invest in bitcoin now and forget about it for a decade. (Lol)
