Salads are every health-conscious individual’s go-to side if you don’t want to think about it too much. Meals are already such a tough job, especially deciding on what to make.
Here is my go-to salad; it includes mango.
- One mango cubed
- Yellow and red peppers
- Baby Spinach
- Lettuce of your choice
I cut it all fine and dress it with some salt and pepper. As a dressing, you can do a little mayo mixed with plain yoghurt or just lemon sauce, which makes it so lovely and fresh.
