Salads are every health-conscious individual’s go-to side if you don’t want to think about it too much. Meals are already such a tough job, especially deciding on what to make. 

Here is my go-to salad; it includes mango. 

  • One mango cubed 
  • Cucumber
  • Yellow and red peppers
  • Baby Spinach 
  • Lettuce of your choice 
  • Tomato 

I cut it all fine and dress it with some salt and pepper. As a dressing, you can do a little mayo mixed with plain yoghurt or just lemon sauce, which makes it so lovely and fresh. 

In the image above, I was having this salad with a roti and chicken curry. yum yum
