The first time I had this coleslaw I just had to have more and more and more!
It has such intense flavor, is so refreshing and so filling, I can literally have it every day of my life.
Ingredients
White cabbage
Purple cabbage
Apple – with a little lemon juice drizzled over it to prevent it from browning
Carrots
Fresh dill
Fresh coriander
Dressing
Plain yogurt
Mayonnaise
A little sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice your cabbage into thin strings. Grate the carrots and the apple – over the apple squeeze some lemon juice. Let it rest for a few minutes. Then mix the ingredients together for the dressing. I usually take a little more plain yoghurt than mayo and about 1 large spoon of sour cream.
Add the veggies and mix everything together.
