We all have habits that we often wish we can change, but don’t know or cannot think of an alternative. Below are a few ideas 

Stop grabbing your phone first thing in the morning when you open your eyes:

Instead say a prayer and clear your head. Be grateful in the moment. 

Stop skipping meals 

Instead prepare meals before the time so you are prepared. Or get a smoothie. 

Stop spending money on things you don’t need 

Instead put money away towards a holiday or that watch or handbag you’ve been yearning for.

Stop binge watch series every weekend 

Instead go for a walk, read a book or a magazine. All Things Charlie also has a lot of enjoyable stories for your indulgence.

Stop snacking when you are not hungry 

Insteak drink more water. 

Just a few little things we can do to enrich our lives. These new habits can become your New Year’s resolution. Try it out and see how it works for you. Remember to take on one at a time otherwise you’ll eventually give up on all of them.
