Onions
The article Charlie’s Favorite Things established that I love onions. What would any dish be without them? I use a huge amount of onions in all my dishes. Here are a few different kinds of onions and what they are used for.
Coriander, also known as cilantro
Powdered coriander, fresh coriander, coriander seeds, I have them all in my pantry.
I use them in my curries and meat dishes, and the fresh version makes a great addition to salads.
Tastic Rice
Rice is great with saucy dishes.
I love making cheesy dishes with them or even a rice salad. I prefer tastic rice, the long grain one or the balsamic especially for curries.
Tomatoes
A veg or is it a fruit, you will always find in my fridge. It is so versatile and can be used in stews and for breakfast. I appreciate a sweet tomato.
