The mmacht. Method

One of my main goals in life is to help people feel good and become the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves. As much as fat loss is very often the main focus of most clients, my main focus is always optimal health. How is this achieved? We cut the C R A P – Chemicals | Refined Sugar & Flour | Artificial Sweeteners, Flavours & Colours | Processed Food & Preservatives, and instead, mmacht.health meal plans and programs focus on eating from the Earth as much as possible. This includes lean protein (eggs, beef and lamb are included), organic if possible, healthy fat sources, wholesome complex carbohydrates and as many vegetables as possible. Fruit, nuts, seeds, yoghurt and cheese are also options.

The main method behind mmacht.health programs is ensuring that your unique body is fuelled with the right amounts of protein, fats and carbs. This is all very carefully calculated to make up your daily calorie goal, because at the end of the day, calories in vs calories out is what weight management is all about. Protein is key too, women especially should consume sufficient fat, and carbohydrates are the body’s preferred source of energy. While following a mmacht.health meal plan, all food should be weighed on a digital kitchen scale as this is the only way to know that we are nourishing our bodies with exactly the right amounts of macronutrients. The reason behind unlimited vegetable consumption is that this is our main source of micronutrients – vitamins, minerals and fibre, which keep us healthy, satisfied and feeling good!

Good quality red wine and beer are also allowed in moderation, as drinking these in small amounts does provide some nutritional benefit. mmacht.health programs also allow for eating out and attending events, as no one should ever feel guilty about any food eaten, and thus I help clients make the best choices for themselves.

Dieting vs Lifestyle

Dieting is generally understood as being in a calorie deficit. This means you are consuming less calories than you burn in a day. A calorie surplus would mean that you are consuming more calories than you need in an effort to gain weight. To me, lifestyle means finding the balance and focusing on maintaining a healthy weight. This encourages us to make healthy and wholesome choices at all times, but it also allows for flexibility and enjoyment.

    Hi there
Charlie recently had an eating plan that she waa following. Was that plan tailored to Charlie’s body type / daily needs or was it just a general plan ?
Im fast approaching 40 and as a single mom, ive been last on my list of priorities!
Its time for me to take control of my body. Also, my back is starting to bother me greatly, probably due to the excess weight and lack of exercise!
