Life is a product of the series of choices we make…

We are often inundated with so many tasks to do; it is from one thing to another, and often, there is not even time to BREATHE!

You can feel like everything is swallowing you, and you might even feel like you are in quicksand, and it feels like there is no help anywhere, and you become so accustomed to this busy life, always on the run…

In this, you start to become impatient with things that need time and chance, and so you feel defeated; life is hard, and life is horrible, so why can’t things work out? Why must I always be the One? Why can’t they do it? When is this going to end?

Have you considered that you might be exactly where you are supposed to be? Frustrations are caused by yourself because you have allowed life’s busyness to sap the life out of you, and you’ve become impatient and, in turn, be, and all you became your stumbling block…

This was my wake-up call, as I resisted change and returned to the same answer. We often use our “busyness” as a coping mechanism to not deal with heart issues, and this prolongs our awakening…

I slowly started to slow down and pull in. I sat down, allowed myself to see things for what they were, and started to let go of the need to control, so things slowly began to make sense again.

I moved from a place of resistance to acceptance and grace. Grace for myself to not always have it all figured out, grace even to accept help and to know it’s okay to allow others to help me.

Letting go and trusting the process, as much as it was difficult and complex, is peace… Understanding that in due season, everything will fall into place…

For now, there is a method to trust the process; growth needs to occur.

Trust the process and give yourself time to breathe …

All my love,
Zen
