I create a new workout planner whenever my form of exercise changes or there is a change in my husband. We put ours on the fridge so everyone knows everyone’s schedule. 

We also include the children’s extracurricular activities. 

Sometimes things are crazy, and you have so many things going on that I find it best to put it all down in one place that gives me a visual of what my week looks like and in case I forget to share it with someone in my family, they can easily see it on there.
